Anti Virus Support Management...!!!

Provide the Anti-Virus checking service (Distribution of anti virus updates is remotely performed through Servers) to all PCs situated at all branches / remote sites.

Report and clean up any virus found on desktops / laptops (cleaning will be subject to the latest antivirus capabilities) and provide monthly summary report on all Virus incidents & anti virus activities.

Ensure users allow necessary downtime to identify, troubleshoot and resolve the request. allow requisite access to the machines.

Provide anti virus updates for remote distribution to all client PCs via Servers. (user intervention may be required).

Provide anti virus software with latest updates provide OS settings / Customization details.
