This service is for the provision of advice, guidance and resolution of incidents on desktop and laptop hardware at the user location . Micropro Responsibility As part of this activity MICROPRO Provide : Problem diagnosis, fixes, repairs, reinstallation of hardware and software, testing, and acceptance of all in-scope hardware. Provide desk-side technical support and usage assistance on products like MS Office, Lotus Notes etc . Perform parameterization (OS settings/Customization) of the operating environments as agreed with/instructed by Customer EDP Department .Co-ordinate with third-party vendors and other support groups for problem resolution.
