This service is for the provision of advice, guidance and resolution of incidents on desktop and laptop hardware at the user location. Micropro Responsibility As part of this activity MICROPRO Provide: Problem diagnosis, fixes, repairs, reinstallation of hardware and software, testing, and acceptance of all in-scope hardware. Provide desk-side technical support and usage assistance on products like MS Office, Lotus Notes etc . Perform parameterization (OS settings/Customization) of the operating environments as agreed with/instructed by Customer EDP Department .Co-ordinate with third-party vendors and other support groups for problem resolution.
