FRONT DESK :
This module helps user to manage patient information, doctors time table and appointment very user friendly and quickly.
DOCTOR SECTION :
This offers centralized way of managing patient treatment related operation by doctors for all IP/OP patients.
This module caters following requirements of consultants for all specialties like
Electronic Medical Record i.e. managing Patient Demographics details, Allergy information, history information, Consultation notes, Physical Examination, Anamnesis, diagnosis , etc.
Customizable Templates for Medical Sheet (Specialty wise).
SERVICE CENTER :
In hospital, there are many types of services which are delivered within hospital e.g. Laboratory, E.C.G., X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Echocardiography, Ultrasound, Mammography etc. These modules are integrated with OP/IP., also entertains external patients request.
Most of the services delivered on these centers are schedulable. This module enable user to perform following activities and processes in a scientific and systematic manner in order to utilize the available resource at optimum level.
OPERATION THEATER :
The operation theatre module handles both the outpatient and inpatient operations. It is linked with the billing, Ward & Nursing, stores, OPD and pharmacy. It offers features such as theatre booking, its scheduling, surgery entry, issues entry etc, which ensure the proper functioning of the operation theatre.
ADT/NURSING & WARD MANAGEMENT :
It caters the to all Nursing and ward management function like admission, Bed/Day care/ OT Booking, vital sign, nursing notes, patient service requests, provisional/final bed allocation, bed transfer, patient discharge, etc.
PACKAGING :
To attract patient, hospital offers different packages (bundle of services) to their patients. With this module user can define customized package. Modules also takes care of utilization, transfer. Provision to customize package at the time of booking ( at patient level ).
MEDICAL RECORD :
Medical Record department maintains all the medical records of patients in physically and electronically. MRD provides online information such as orders, procedures, prescriptions, lab results and other pieces of information centrally. This also allows secure two-way sharing of patient information and its tracking within the system.
INSURANCE :
This feature in HospyCare can have dynamic definition of the policy. It can include practically every detail about coverage, terms & conditions, restrictions, validity and any other details required.
It can completely be user defined have modules built exclusively for generating, submitting and tracking of Insurance. Thoroughly validates the Policy status by collecting clinical and billing data on-line from relevant modules. Automatically generates all necessary supportive documents for claims and complies with American and European Billing insurance standards.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING :
This is integrated financial accounting. It takes care of all financial transactions related to the hospital. viz.
