Sanjay is a Masters in Science (Statistics) from the prestigious Institute of Science. He went on to do his Diploma in Computers & Sciences. He started his career as programmer in the famous Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engg. College, Nagpur, before starting Micropro in 1988. He is one of the driving forces in the software development, ERP implementation for major accounts and marketing areas of the organisation.

Currently, as COO, he is in-charge of all the day-to-day operations of the organisation. He is also directly responsible for all software development related activities being Head of the SBU Software Development.
